Responsibilities :

• To coordinate with user, external consultants, vendors / sub-contractors for project management to ensure quality project delivery.
• To manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
• To facilitate project planning workshops, team meetings and stakeholder updates / presentations.
• To determine vendor participation based on supplier’s core competencies, ability to meet deadlines and cost parameters.

Requirements :

• Degree holder with 2 years’ relevant working experience.
• Be familiar with IT / Software Project skills.
• Must possess knowledge of standard quality assurance practices.
• Must be well-organized and detail-oriented and possess good time management skills.
• With strong team working spirit.

On-the-job-training will be provided for relevant IT technology learning, and knowledge exposure to related freight forwarding / logistics industry.

Working Location:  36 Tsing Yi Hong Wan Road, Asia Logistics Hub

                                  (10-mins free shuttle bus provided @Tsing Yi MTR)

Working Hours:  09:00-18:00 Monday to Friday, 5 work-day per week with OT pay.
