RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement new database schemas along the requirements or changes existing DBs in MS SQL;
• Design and implement maintenance processes;
• Design, review and implement a scalable data models along the requirements;
• Be responsible for performance tuning and re-factoring of the existing DB processing routines.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree;
• At least 5 years of IT development experience with MS SQL Server;
• Experience in data modelling with excellent SQL skills;
• Experience with huge data volumes (or complex ETL processes)
• Basic Programming knowledge in C# .Net;
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC phases;
• Keen, enthusiastic and willing to learn;
• Strong team player with ability to work independently and proactively;
• Strive to own end-to-end solutions to problems;
• Ability to build productive working relationships with other IT groups, business users and support teams in multiple geographic locations;
• Professional presentation and communication skills.

NICE TO HAVE

• Preferably hands-on experience with PowerShell or Python scripting language;
• Understanding of the investment banking business; willingness and capacity to learn complex financial concepts;
