Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for following operations after receiving order requests (including installation, service, site inspection and ah hoc project)
• Record operation result
• Test and repair parts
• Perform technical support / helpdesk support for users
• Products maintenance and repairs of centre and workshop
• Search and buy special parts or materials for operations

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with 1 year relevant working experience
• Knowledge in one or more area: PC / Mac / Notebook / Mobile / Printer of hardware or software will be an advantage
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Self-motivated, outgoing & able to take up challenges
• On job training will be provided
