Responsibilities

• Providing general counsel and support to the business of the Group and its subsidiaries.
• Providing legal opinions and structured solutions for M&A projects, and reviewing/ negotiating the related documentation.
• Keeping abreast of the latest development in rules and regulations affecting the business and making recommendations on changes to process, policies and guidelines.
• Assisting in management of Legal staff in Mainland China
• Participating actively in committees, projects and assignments as required.

Qualifications

• University graduate LLB / LLM with at least 8 years of post qualifications experience gained from listed companies.
• Proficiency in HK listing rules.
• Solid experience in M&A projects.
• Experience in managing legal staff in Mainland China.  
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
