Responsibilities:

• Develop cost effective, safe and reliable hard toys product per US R&D team’s design.
• Assist to create product specs for vendor quoting and prototype making.
• Manage all projects to ensure production and shipment on time.
• Provide viable solutions and alternatives to the design/function/safety of a product, reduce product/tooling costs and identify the technical risks within soft toy production.
• Generate cost saving idea.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 7- 10 year experiences in toys industry.
• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical engineering/ Manufacturing engineering.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, specifically in Outlook, Words and Excel.
• Travel to supplier in China is required.
