Job Descriptions:

• Handle daily purchasing orders, new development with suppliers independently;
• Monitor and analyze day-to-day operation to apply companies’ policies and procedures;
• Monitor purchasing status, delivery and quality performance of suppliers;
• Review inventory and control stock aging records;
• Prepare documentation, data entry and statistics measurement of daily operation;
• Participate in ad-hoc duties if necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above;
• With at least 2 years related working experience, preferably in manufacturing industry;
• Well versed with PC applications, i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Patient, detailed-mind, willing to learn, able to work under pressure;
• Well-organized with good interpersonal and communication skills.
