Our client is a renowned Hong Kong-based pharmaceutical company, and they are building a new high-tech fully-automated facility in Yuen Long, Hong Kong. The facility is expected to commence production within the next 1year and they are currently expanding their talent pool.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in developing, writing and review/revision of documents (URS, SOP’s, Forms, PFD, MBR, BPR, EWI or EBR, etc.) required for Production
• Assist in the review and revision of production related documents generated or prepared by Consultants, Contractors or suppliers
• Participate and/ or assist in the coordination, planning and implementation of the following activities;
• Qualification of all production equipment/instruments
• Technology/process transfer
• Process validation
• Cleaning validation
• Assist in training and identifying training needs of production personnel/operators
• Assist in the collation and analysis of data generated during the testing/qualification and validation related activities
• Assist in liaising/collaboration with other departments, consultants, suppliers, etc.
• Assist in the implementation and strict compliance to health and safety regulations and requirements at the project site.
• Prepare monthly progress report for review and approval of Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Holder of Higher Diploma or above in Pharmaceutical Technology or related science discipline
• Minimum two years of experience in Pharmaceutical production (at least with OSD products).
• Knowledgeable in cGMP and PIC/S requirements.
• Proficient in both spoken & written English & Chinese
• possess good interpersonal skills and willing to work under pressure
