Responsibilities:-

• Report to the Manging Director
• Perform Customers/Suppliers Quality System Audit
• Maintain ISO 9001 Quality system related tasks
• Handle customer complaints
• Supervise New Product Quality Development
• Review production process and quality policy to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness in preventing and detecting quality problems.
• Lead the Quality Team of QA/QC, Laboratory

Requirements:-

• Degree holder in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Quality Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years solid experience relevant experience in quality issue, with 5 years managerial position in manufacturing industries (experience in plastics, toys, consumer electronics products are welcome)
• Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification preferred
• Familiar with international safety standards such as ASTM/PSE/AS/EN/UL
• Strong analytic skill, attention to details and able to work independently to make judgment calls and solving problems
• Familiar with ICTI/CCC factory audit system preferred
