Responsibilities:

• Report to Wealth Management Manager
• Coordinate appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
• Provide secretarial support to Manager
• Handle the booking and itinerary
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree holders in any discipline (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of spoken & written English, and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin;
• Able to work independently
• Immediate available is highly preferred
