Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and implement end to end marketing and communication activities
- Launch of new properties (Grand opening and soft launch)
- Prepare leasing kit and shopping guide
- Online marketing and advertising
- Leasing promotion and events
- Shopping mall decoration, signage and shop front design
- Public relations
- Work closely with agencies and tenants in promoting shopping malls and other properties
Requirements:
- Degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in marketing planning, promotions or public relations activities in shopping malls. Additional experience in marketing of commercial and residential properties is an advantage
- Self-motivated, detail-minded and creative thinking
- Strong connection with agencies and media
- Strong leadership and able to work with people at all levels
- Excellent spoken and written communications and presentation skills
- Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
