Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement portfolio programs and conduct program reviews
- Handle data management and prepare materials for segmentation programs
- Develop and execute customer communication contents for various channels
- Handle customer fulfilment duties, such as gift redemption and stock arrangement
- Handle MIS reports & administrative works
- Render marketing supports to other teams when necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder with 1-2 years of experience
- Preferably with banking experience or data management experience
- Familiar with excel and interested in exploring and applying new technology tool in marketing
- Self-motivated, detail minded, independent, team-player and be able to manage multiple tasks
- Fluent in English & Cantonese with excellent written and verbal communication skills
