Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and manage all online business day to day operations on Home Appliance, Consumer Electronic products and Home décor products etc
• Monitor all Ecommerce platforms' administration work including new channels application, platforms account management and database management
• Coordinate with CRM team to optimize social media marketing and both online and offline marketing efforts
• Develop both online sales strategies for B2B and B2C platforms include but not limited to eBay, Alibaba, amazons, Lazada, taobao, Tmall, JD, YHD, etc
• Plan digital marketing strategies to promote the brand
• Identify new market opportunities, strategies and suggest appropriate marketing plans
• Develop functionality and design strategies for website and social media platforms in Hong Kong and China Market
• Optimize web content and online channels to grow consumer usage, increase visitors, conversion rates, increase customers loyalty
• Discuss objectives and requirements with internal and external to implement e-communications to support brand and sales goals
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to bring new insights to the Company
• Ensure deliverables are of high quality and in compliance with corporate guideline

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Marketing/E-business/E-commerce/PR/Media/ Business administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant work experience in E-Commerce technology and platform, preferably with Appliances / Life Style Products / Consumer Goods experience
• Good knowledge of global and local advertising platforms like Google, Facebook, Yahoo, JQ, YHD, Taobao, T-Mall and etc is highly appreciated
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented and well-organized
• Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
