Responsibilities

• Focus on maximizing sales, retail brand and whole team performance
• Manage all available resources for the team to achieve seasonal marketing goals
• Plan and execute above-the-line advertising including traditional, digital & social media and below-the-line material (e.g. brochures, promotion leaflets)
• Propose & implement different brand-building projects and thematic product advertising campaigns as well as evaluate the effectiveness
• Liaise different business partnersfor joint venture opportunity
• Manage membership program and analyze collected data for marketing use
• Monitor marketing and departmental budget & ROI

Requirements

• University graduate in Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience for retail marketing
• Solid experience to develop and implement marketing strategies to meet departmental KPIs and organizational objectives
• Strong leadership skill in team building and staff motivation
• Able to work under pressure and appreciate a fast-paced business environment
• Good writing skills and good artistic sense to guide the creative development
