Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with customers, vendors, & contractors on all project operation & logistics arrangement
• Manage and monitor projects’ development and progresses
• Prepare and maintain proper project records
• Execute project operation at site, workshops and warehouse
• Ad hoc assignments as assigned
  

Requirements

• IVE / Certificate or above, 1 year or above working experience with exposure in civil engineering / commercial design / visual merchandizing industry / project management is an advantage
• Hard working, analytical minded, willing to learn, initiative, flexible and responsible with good coordination and communication skills
• Pleasant personality, able to work independently and under pressure
• Good in MS Offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Occasional day/overnight on-site execution and overseas travel are required
• Less experience will be considered as Project Assistant
