Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist Planner to insure the right product mix, assortment plan and OTB per location
Analyze inventory by store, sell-thru by category, size and store level with Planner
Monitor a reporting & planning system e.g. shipping status report, check booking of orders and sales performance
Communicate with suppliers to localize all collateral
Coordinate between HQ and business partner for event planning
Other tasks assigned by Merchandising and Planning team

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Degree holder preferably in fashion design or merchandising
Around 1 year planning experience
Strong communication and organizational skills, able to work in complexity, especially over long distances and time differences
Sensitive in number and figure
Proficient in MS Office application (Strong in Excel & PowerPoint)
Fluency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
