Merchandising Manager (MM100/17) 

Job Responsibilities : 

• Support Merchandising Director
• Deal with Suppliers and Overseas Buyers
• Manage the operations of merchandising team to maximize work efficiency, achieve business results;
• Work with various parties to resolve critical issues arising from sales, merchandising and production to ensure on-time delivery of quality products;
• Able to lead and motivate staff with strong desire to train and develop subordinates' full potential
• Understand the latest development of fashion and fabric trend, customer requirements, market positioning

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Fashions preferred;
• At least 10 years' experience, 6 years of which at a supervisory capacity;
• Solid experience in ladies' high-fashion garments of UK and European markets;
• Good knowledge in production, materials, fabric and yarns;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• IT proficiency of MS office including Words, Excel and e-mail
