Our Client is a well-known retailer. They are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join their company.

Responsibilities

• To create report by analyzing data, which includes shop sales, products sales, KPI staff sales reports in order to assist the Retail Director business planning
• Calculate the monthly commission, incentive scheme and documents for payroll submission
• Support management by providing insight from reports and suggestion for improvement
• Evaluate effectiveness of changes by analyzing sales need
• To handle other ad-hoc tasks and projects

Requirements

• Degree holder in Management, Business or other related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years solid work experience preferably in analyst position
• Excellent analytical skill with proven track record
• Detail-minded, strong initiative and good organizational capabilities in delivering quality and efficient works and meeting deadlines
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
