Responsibilities: 

• Organization design, strategy, performance management, organizational culture, employee development
• Manage business stakeholders, communications, training and articulating program benefits to the business
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and capture communication and training needs, tailoring the ogranizational change management toolkit for the purpose of creating effective Change Management
• Define and resolve resource, scope, and schedule issues within the organizational change management work stream by collaborating with key partners and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 8+ years working experience in organizational change management (OCM) or transformation projects
• Be able to perform fact finding, analysis and design so as to produce proposal for Transformation Change plans independently
• The ability to planning, designing and shaping project work streams, managing progress, resolving issues and limiting risks
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, taking initiative to address challenges and act on opportunities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent written and spoken in English
