                                      Company Secretarial Assistant/Officer

 Responsibilities:

Assist in

 - handling full spectrum of company secretarial duties for the Company and its subsidiaries

 - compliance with corporate governance requirements and procedures

 - preparing annual/interim reports, announcements, circular and organizing board meetings and shareholders meetings, etc.

- ad hoc projects

Requirements:

Degree holder (HKICS student prefer)

 -  Minimum 2 years’ solid company secretarial experience

 -  Well-organized, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and attentive to details

 - Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

 - Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)

 - Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, Chinese word-processing and knowledge in CSA software prefer

 - Immediate available is an advantage
