Job Descriptions & Requirements: 

• Handle various company secretarial assignments (from incorporation to winding-up) with high quality output
• Holder of Higher Diploma or above in corporate administration or business disciplines
• HKICS student is an advantage
• At least 2 years (for Associate) and 4 years (for Senior Associate) of solid company secretarial experience gained from legal / CPA firm or listed company
• Good knowledge of new Hong Kong Companies Ordinance
• Fluency in both spoken and written English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work independently
• Team player with good inter-personal and communication skill
• Computer literate. Hands-on experience with Viewpoint and Chinese word-processing is an advantage
• Immediate availability is preferred
