Our client is a leader in the commercial and corporate industry and now seeking for a paralegal – legal officer to join their legal department in Hong Kong due to continuous growth and expansion within the region and work alongside experienced lawyers.

Responsibilities:

• Review, draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and legal agreements
• Update and maintain contracts filing system
• Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Legal Department
• Assist PowerPoint presentations
• Conduct simple legal research and company/land search

Requirements

• At least 2 - 3 years of experience as Paralegal/Legal Secretary/Assistant, preferably in law firm or large corporate legal department
• Candidate with less experience will be consider a junior position
• Must be fluent in both English and Chinese, Mandarin will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Highly organized, accurate and show good attention to details
• Self-motivated, responsible, committed, able to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Works well under pressure
• Good communication skills with a discreet, polite and helpful attitude 

HKD 30,000 – 35,000
