- to device and execute the strategic sales & marketing campaigns for residential properties

Requirements:

- BSc with over 8 years' sales & marketing experience in residential properties

- Successfully  organized the sales & marketing campagins for large scale residential /retail property projects, with overseas experience will be added advantage 

- Good organizational skills

- Good in written and spoken English and Chinese
