Our client is an international retailer. To cope with line expansions, they are seeking for an Assistant Leasing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for expansion and relocation. Identify suitable location for new store development which matches target consumer profiles and ensure long term profitability.
• Conduct real estate researches, evaluate economics, negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts.
• Work closely with landlords and operation team on leasing related matters including site acquisition, lease renewal negotiation, tenancy administration, budget planning and rental forecast.
• Keep abreast to market news and competitors activities. Provide market insights to management and advise on opportunities.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in real estate or related studies.
• At least 4 years experience in retail leasing from F&B or retail industry. Experience from landlord side will also be considered.
• Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills. Detail-minded, organized, problem solver and strong decision-maker.
• Good command of Chinese and English.
