Responsibilities:

• Conduct quantitative market researches on property market
• Perform statistical analysis on the market trend in relation to industrial, commercial and shops aspects
• Develop data mining to prepare reports and proposals to management
• Prepare promotion materials in different types of channels
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 1 year’s solid market research experience in property or related industry
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Familiar with Hong Kong and Mainland property market
• Good communication, analytical and presentation skills
• More experiences will be considered as Research Officer
