Responsibilities

• Execution of sales strategies for property projects
• Participate in product planning
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Coordinate on show flat design and arrange sales office logistics
• Provide after-sale services to customers

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate / Finance / Accounting or related disciplines
• RICS/HKIS member or working towards it is an asset
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience
• Knowledge in property related ordinance is an advantage
• Proactive, customer-oriented and a team player with positive working attitude and excellent integrity
• Presentable and possess good negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Willing to work on roster basis, weekends and public holidays
• Less experience with at least 1 year relevant experience to be considered as Sales Executive
