Job Description
Reporting to Accounting Officer, the incumbent will assist the Finance Department in day to day operation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process cheque donations for Hong Kong office
- Handle data entry, proof-reading and review of donation reports
- Arrange payments to vendors by cheque or telegraphic transfer and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Input payment vouchers and assist in bank reconciliation for Hong Kong office
- Assist in handling coin boxes and cash counting
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Qualification & Experience:
- Completed Form 5 or above with accounting background
- At least 2 years experience in data entry, general administration and accounting support
Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of accounting procedures preferred
- Computer savvy and knowledge of Windows and MS Office applications
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
- Flexible with team spirit
- Hard working, patient and able to work under pressure
