• Registered Social Worker in Hong Kong with recognized degree in Social Work or Gerontology
• Provide leadership in pioneering new services and innovative ways to provide continuing care for the elderlies and their families
• Self-directed, flexible, organized problem-solver with demonstrable aptitude for working with the elderly
• Exceptional communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience in elderly health and social care is an advantage
• Computer literate
