Job Description
Job Duties
- Follow-ups inbound and outbound delivery orders
- Handle customer enquiries & complaints via phone and email.
- Handle problematic / un-deliverable shipments
- Liaise with other departments and overseas offices
- Track and trace shipment status
Job Requirements
- HKDSE: Passes in five subjects (Level 2), including English, or HKCEE: Passes in five subjects, including English
- One year of work experience, preferably in the service industry
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently
- Good command of PC skills
- Strong in Excel is a PLUS
- Immediate available is preferred
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
