Job Duties

• Follow-ups inbound and outbound delivery orders
• Handle customer enquiries & complaints via phone and email.
• Handle problematic / un-deliverable shipments
• Liaise with other departments and overseas offices 
• Track and trace shipment status

Job Requirements

• HKDSE: Passes in five subjects (Level 2), including English, or HKCEE: Passes in five subjects, including English
• One year of work experience, preferably in the service industry
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently
• Good command of PC skills
• Strong in Excel is a PLUS 
• Immediate available is preferred
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
