Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Effectively present Santa Fe’s moving services to potential customers in a manner responsive to the customer’s needs and structured to win business;
• Determine customer’s needs for other services (i.e. House Doctor, Maid Services, Home Search, Familiarization, Visa, etc.);
• Conduct in-residence assessments of volume, weight and nature of goods to be relocated;
• Calculation of origin, freight and destination charges;
• Prepare customer quotation using the company’s operating platforms;
• Communicate with partners at destination for rates and assistance in booking the move;
• Follow-up on quotation(s) to win the business.
Requirements:
• Degree holder;
• 1-2 years’ working experience;
• Good organization, interpersonal and communications skills, able to work independently, fast learner;
• Excellent command of English. Knowledge of Cantonese and Mandarin or other languages a plus;
• Hands-on PC knowledge (including Microsoft Word & Excel);
• Mature and detailed-minded.
