Job Requirements
- University graduate
- 2 years relevant working experience in customer service support
- Previous experience in multicultural environment is preferable
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
- Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook etc
- Self-motivated, cheerful, team player with proactive attitude
- Flexible, energetic, detail-oriented and sense of responsibilities
- Immediate available will be a great advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver courteous and professional service to overseas clients’ enquiries
- Coordinate with internal and external parties on tracking the order schedules
- Identify solutions to ensure services are delivered in accordance with guidelines
- Update the order status in the system and maintain customers’ database
