Job Requirements

  • University graduate
  • 2 years relevant working experience in customer service support
  • Previous experience in multicultural environment is preferable
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Familiar with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook etc
  • Self-motivated, cheerful, team player with proactive attitude
  • Flexible, energetic, detail-oriented and sense of responsibilities
  • Immediate available will be a great advantage

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver courteous and professional service to overseas clients’ enquiries
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties on tracking the order schedules
  • Identify solutions to ensure services are delivered in accordance with guidelines
  • Update the order status in the system and maintain customers’ database
