Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with users to identify and define project requirement, scope and objectives;
• Develop existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification;
• Prepare project proposals, time-frames, schedule and budget;
• Coordinate with various functional departments on new product and system development;
• Monitor and track project’s progress and furnish reporting for the management;
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, procedure and plans;
• Continually coach and render training for the Customer Service users to ensure operation for the flawless execution of projects

 
Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business / Industrial Engineering or related discipline;
• With 1 -2 year(s) experience in Project Coordination and/or System Development;
• Experience in Engineering PCB background or electronics related field is an advantage;
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (both written and spoken);
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Able to work under pressure, good problem solving and can meet tight deadlines;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint ); and
• Traveling to PRC is required.
