Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and clerical supports including office admin (e.g. handling telephone calls, mailing and courier services) and pantry supplies maintenance, organize business travel, keep accurate leave record and filing tasks. Handle staff medical & insurance claims and office maintenance policy renewal.
• Provide thought through administrative support to founder and family including managing personal and work schedule, co-ordinate hotel booking/car rental, living quarter management, founder's asset management.
• Handle customer enquiries, coordinate and set up meetings for VIPs or strategic partners with internal and external parties
• Handle daily accounting duties, payments and cheques preparation, including expenses to be claimed for travel and local expenses of team.
• Prepare monthly reports for management and directors review
• Handle ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
• Diploma or above in business related disciplines.
• 3 years experience in general administrative or secretarial duties preferably in retail industries
• Familiar with MS Office application.
• Good command in both English and Chinese is a must.
• Ability to handle business correspondence independently
• Strong sense of responsibilities, detail-minded, able to work independently and under pressure
