As a product manager, you are responsible to define the evolution of our product range and to ensure that the Company obtains a strong product range in sustaining future growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively investigate and identify market trends and new developments in our markets by conducting market research and analyze market conditions supported by on-going visits to factories and customers
• Identify opportunities for product innovation and product enhancements
• Develop, implement and monitor the strategic product roadmap. Translate high-level requirements into detailed product specifications.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate the added value to sales and R&D in order to ensure continuous improvement.
• Assist the sales and marketing department in planning and executing the market placement of the products.
• Align sales and R&D processes through effective communication strategies.
• Document products, features and new developments for both internal and external usage (e.g. release notes, product sheets, manuals, newsletters, …)

Job Requirements:

• University Graduate in Business / Marketing / Computer Science or other related discipline
• 5 years working experience in which 2 years work experience in audio visual or IT related industries, knowledge of project management is of an advantage
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize with good time management skills
• Ability to understand the market trends and analyze how this affect our product design
• Good communication both spoken and written in English and Chinese
