Responsibilities:

• Implement daily operations of warehouse on the procedure from stock-in, stock-out to inventory management of warehouse & stores .   
• Inventory database maintenance & revision on POS
• Check received QTY vs packing list , examination & reporting on defective items
• Ensure efficient receipt , processing, and delivery arrangement of stocks
• Conduct warehouse’s stock take ( at least twice a year), & monitor stock take at Retail Stores
• Keep records of all stocks’ product shots
• QC checking of stocks
• Assist various office operation & outdoor work is required
• Ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Possess knowledge in retail business operation is required
• 1-2 years’ experience in running Retail warehouse operations is essential  
• Multi-tasked, detail-minded, initiative, and able to work under pressure & meet tight deadline
• Proficiency in computer operation e.g. Office Words, Excel, etc.
