Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set export shipping documents (SWB and OBL) and invoicing
- All trade lanes incl US / Canada/ Mexico / Latin / Europe / Intra-Asia
- Well versed in 24-hr customs ruling and submission, incl AMS, ACI, MX-SAT, CCAM, ENS
- Well versed in country requirements and restrictions.
- Coordinate with customs on manifest submission.
- Responsible for customer’s enquiries re bill of lading and invoicing.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years relevant experience in logistics / freight forwarding / shipping liners
- Higher Diploma in Logistics or other related disciplines is appreciated
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Familiar with PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook & Chinese Word Processing
