Responsibilities:

• Handle full set export shipping documents (SWB and OBL) and invoicing
• All trade lanes incl US / Canada/ Mexico / Latin / Europe /  Intra-Asia
• Well versed in 24-hr customs ruling and submission, incl AMS, ACI, MX-SAT, CCAM, ENS
• Well versed in country requirements and restrictions.
• Coordinate with customs on manifest submission.
• Responsible for customer’s enquiries re bill of lading and invoicing.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years relevant experience in logistics /  freight forwarding / shipping liners
• Higher Diploma in Logistics or other related disciplines is appreciated
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Familiar with PC knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook & Chinese Word Processing
