Reporting to sales department Head, responsible for promoting various loan products to potential clients via direct selling which includes visiting clients and obtain referral business from business partners.

Responsibilities

• Solicit mortgage business opportunities to achieve individual targets.
• Provide professional mortgage or other loan services to customers.
• Recommend solutions to mortgage applicants.
• Expand & maintain business network.
• Cross-sell other loan products (like personal loans).
• Build and maintain good client base and relationship.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• Highly customer-focused and sales results-oriented
• Minimum 3 years bank mortgage sales & service experience with proven sales track records.
• Strong network with related business partners.
• Good knowledge of mortgage products and related credit policies.
• Good command written and spoken English and Chinese
• 5-day week
