Responsibilities:

• Report to Manager, lead a team of 5 staffs 
• Oversees the operation of the branch office and monitor the performance of the frontline staffs to ensure quality customer services are provided.
• Coordinate with the frontline staffs for the execution of action plan to improve sales performance, productivity and customer services 
• Prepare operational analysis, data analysis, evaluation and reports.

Requirement:

• Degree holder 
• 3-5 years Operations & Sales Management  experience, preferably in servicing industries 
• Excellent presentation, communication and customer servicing skills
• Strong leadership skills, with analytical and strategic mindset
• Good in English and Cantonese
• Immediate available
