Job Description
Our client is a Listed Food & Beverage Manufacturer. They are now looking for the talented Senior HR Executive/ Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for 1,000+ headcounts and conduct the monthly payroll, final payment calculation, taxation and payment arrangement
- Prepare regular payroll/ workforce reports
- Involve in C&B projects such as HRIS enhancement, annual budget exercise, market benchmarking
Requirements:
- University graduate in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
- At least 6 years of C&B experience in F&B/ Catering/ FMCG/ Manufacturing/ Retail/ Sizable Company
- Experience in HRIS deployment is an advantage
- Fast-paced, dynamic, detail-oriented and good communication skill
- Living in New Territories West will be definitely advantage
- Less experince will be considered as Officer
- Immediate available is highly preferred
