Representing most well respected US listed private equity firm which focuses primarily on leveraged buyouts of industry leading companies around the world to search for a self-driven candidate with proven management support experience working for top tier i-bank or financial institutions.

Reporting to Regional Head of IT, the incumbent will provide wide spectrum of management support for the IT departments for 7 countries in AP region. JD spanning from invoicing, budgeting and procurement/vendor management & review to handling user accounts administration. Serve as the key contact point with external market data/IT or conference vendors related to any new solutions/training. Facilitate ad-hoc projects coordination that called for extensive liaison with HQ, local offices and external vendors

Qualifications:

• Well qualified graduate
• 5 years of relevant regional business/management support experience with exposure in investment banks/ global markets is highly desirable
• Highly organized and multi-taskable, with good time management and job prioritization skills
• Numerically strong with sound reporting skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent customer service mindset
• Adaptive to working in a highly multi-cultural environment
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Proficient PC user in advanced Excel skills
