Key Responsibilities:

• Handle month-end closing tasks
• Handle travelling expenses reimbursement;
• Handle vendor invoice checking
• Handle customer statement and dunning letter
• Maintain general document filing system;
• Others ad-hoc projects are required.

Requirements:

• LCCI higher level with at least 1-2 years relevant working experience;
• Cheerful personality, well-organized, detail-oriented, self-initiative, good communication skill and able to work under pressure;
• Proficiency in MS office, Chinese and English typing;
• Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin; and
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLEis highly preferred.
