Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting functions, such as credit control, voucher inputs, daily accounting entries, cheque issuance, inventory checking and bank deposits.
• Bookkeep financial record and accounts settlement (e.g: accounts receivable, accounts payable and cash flow, etc.)
  
• Provide general clerical support to the department.
  
• Assist in handling administrative work if required.
  
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as require.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with LCCI level 2 or equivalent
  
• Min. 2 years’ relevant experience
  
• Experience in retail industry will be an advantage
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and well versed in Excel and PowerPoint
  
• Experience in using accounting software, especially in inventory system for inventory control, purchasing and invoicing
  
• Proactive, independent, committed and with strong sense of responsibility to meet tight deadlines
  
• Self-motivated, well organized, good communication skills
  
• Immediate available is preferred

工作職責:
- 處理一般會計工作，包括開票、定期核對帳目與銀行存取款項
- 按時處理會計交易帳目，包括記賬及結帳(如:透過系統處理應收、應付帳目及現金流等) 
- 處理由管理層安排的工作
-  需往銀行處理公司帳項
- 懂會計軟件
- 需負責部份行政事務方面之工作

-   2年以上會計助理經驗
-   持LCCI 中級會計證書，會計文憑學歷
