Job Responsibilities:

• Voucher preparation and other daily accounting functions
• Full-set book-keeping, conduct month-end and year-end closing
• Schedule preparation for statutory audit and management purpose
• Maintain investment information records
• Assist in human resources related tasks
• Assist in ad hoc projects and assignments as assigned by supervisor
  
  

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant and/or degree holder in accounting, finance or related disciplines will have advantage
• At least 3 years relevant working experience
• Experience in Flexacc
• Computer literate with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Responsible, cautious, accurate, detail-minded, systematic, good team player and good record keeper
• Knowledge in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and HR experience is preferable but not necessary
• Immediately available
