Job Description
To fit in the position, we are expecting the right candidate with below qualification.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with formal secretarial training is preferred
- 5 years relevant working experience in construction / interior design / fitting out field
- Experience in Tendering and Account Knowledge
- Well-organized, independent, mature, resourceful
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and long working hour
- Excellent command of spoken & written Chinese, English, Putonghua
- Proficient in IT and PC software applications, in particular Microsoft Project, Outlook express, Chinese Input etc.
- providing general secretarial and administrative support to the Director
- Working on site, if necessary
- Immediate available is an advantage
- Head Office at Kwai Fong Area
