RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle corporate fund raising activities for M&A projectsand/or business operation and/or expansion
• Communicate with and maintain relationship with banks and other financial institutions; financial documents administration and negotiation
• Oversee day-to-day treasury aspects of liquidity and cash management
• Adhere to corporate governance / internal control compliance

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience
• Chinese background and experience in dealing with Chinese banking corporations required
• Good understanding of Trade Finance
• Hands on experience on Syndications bank management
• Familiar with cash management, corporate finance and financial analysis
• Understanding of treasury markets, products and operations is a definite asset
• Strong technical knowledge of investment products and good relationship with banks
• Capability of working independently and under pressure
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Treasury Manager
