Job Description

A WELL DEVELOPED TRADING  FIRM : 

 

POSITION :  ACCOUNTS CLERK (16K / NEGO) / SETTLEMENT CLERK X 1  (14-16K / NEGO) 

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Full set of books for Accounts Clerk and settlement operation for Settlement Clerk 
  • Checking bank records, customers payments and some other accounting duties 
  • Bank Rec
  • Prepare reports 
  • Other ad hoc job as assigned 

 

Requirements:

  • F.5 or Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or related discipline 
  • For Accounts clerk, at least 2 years accounting experience in full set of accounts
  • For Settlement clerk, at least 2 years experience in settlement, preferably in securities firm or banking  industry
  • Good communication skill and easy going
  • Detail minded and good team player
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel 

 

Benefits : 

- 5 days work, 13mths salary, discretionary bonus
