Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Economics/ Accounting / Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 2-3 years in Mergers & Acquisitions Investment, Corporate Finance, Business Planning or Management Consulting
• Experience in IT technology, TMT, Investment Banking or Finance Industries are preferred, but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Proactive, organized, strong problem-solving, able to work independently and manage competing projects and priorities
• Strong analytical modelling, research and technical skills especially in financial modelling, financial analysis, including excellent financial modeling skills and advanced MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills;

Role & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for identifying potential investment plan and making recommendation on diversified Merger & Acquisition projects and other investment plan
• Appraisal and review the new business, divestment financial modelling, financial viability and business restructuring proposals
• Support investment team about investment opportunities, including developing complex financial models and valuation analysis
• Perform project coordination, management as well as progress monitoring of the business plans
• Responsible for Business Development and Investment strategies providing analysis and advices for company strategic planning
• Manage market research to support investment strategy recommendations
• Other ad-hoc project assigned.
