Responsibility:

• Coordinate with headquarter for investment supporting
• Perform fund administration duties including document filing, stakeholder following, record keeping, etc.
• Logistics and arrangement of meetings for visitors, management meetings
• Acting office cashier, and be responsible for bank account management, cash transaction, monthly cash report preparation, etc.
• Assist in office operations and administrative work
• Assist other duties as assigned

 Qualifications:

• University degree required, major in accounting is preferable
  
• A minimum of 1 year’s secretarial and administrative experience
• Experience in the investment management
• Full proficiency in English, fluent in Mandarin
• Enthusiastic, humble, willing to assist, strong work ethic
• Friendly and cheerful; good interpersonal and communication skills; well-organized and detail-oriented
• Strong Microsoft Office skillset
