Due to business expansion, we are able to offer a newly created position. Reporting to Finance Manager,

this role will support the General Ledger function globally.

Responsibilities:

• Analysing sales performance leading to production of reports in support of decision making processes
• Analysing trends in financial statements
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly report and month-end journals
• Preparing schedules/ analysis for management review
• Performing nominal ledger reconciliations
• Analysis of delegated information
• Development of monthly reports
• Supporting and analysing of the budget and forecasting cycle

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or above,
• 1-3 years' relevant working experience preferably in service industry
• Proficient in MS Office with intermediate excel skills
• Knowledge in ERP system is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Good communication skills, analytical mind with business acumen, able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules
