We are looking for potential HR specialists who have strong desire to associate with and develop HR careers in a reputable and fast growing telecommunications Company.  Depending on individual candidate’s experience and profile, HR openings are now available in specific specialist areas, either in Staffing or Compensation Team.

• Champion for a variety of HR functions for individual career development, i.e. staffing & recruitment, people development, employee relations, compensation or other HR services for assigned business areas;
• Staffing - work closely with team members to deliver excellent HR services to business units while enriching HR functional skills through involvement in projects and initiatives; OR
• Compensation – support regional offices on HR operations and work in a wide range of compensation practices by participating in HR infrastructure enhancement projects in both HK headquarter and regional offices as well;
• Apply HR principles, concepts and industry practices in relation to HR initiatives and projects e.g. talent sourcing, staff activities, salary benchmarking & review, job evaluation, etc.

Requirements 

• Degree holder in related disciplines with relevant HR experience
• A good team player with excellent communication skills
• Have high anxiety to do a good HR job and desire to develop your career in a dynamic & fast-moving industry
