Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare & support Sales documents (issue Invoice / Quotation & PO ....etc.)
• To work closely with the respective sales person to maintain and develop a high standard of customer service to customers
• General & clerical support in sales & marketing department
• Ad hoc. projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or Certificate holder in Merchandising or related disciplines
• At least 1 - 2 years working experience in Garment Trims  (Hang-tag / Labels) or Woven is an advantage. 
• Self-motivated, creative and able to work independently.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Immediately or short available is preferred .
• *** Can Speak Japanese language or Holding Proficiency Test N2 can be considered as other positions - Clerical Assistant / Sales Admin Assistant / Japanese Translation Assistant
